Period Bloating!

Do you suffer period bloating like me?

Try these tips

1. Eat well: including fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Avoid heavy white carbohydrates. This will also help to avoid constipation

2. Gentle Exercise: aim for 30 mins of gentle activity. A great way to ease the pain

3. Drink plenty of water

4. Get a good night rest

5. Speak to your doctor about medications that may help ease the symptoms
